HISTORY

The Municipal Engineering Division of NDI ENGINEERING COMPANY evolved from the municipal engineering practice established by F. Clark "Sande" Walton, P.E. in 1974. Mr. Walton operated as a sole proprietorship until 1990. In 1990, the practice came under the management of NDI ENGINEERING COMPANY and evolved into the Walton, Mulvena & Associates Division in 2010.
